10. You see a sunrise every 90 minutes
Since the International Space Station orbits the Earth at around 17,000 mph, astronauts see the sun rise and set every 90 minutes. Those 16 sunrises definitely throw off their circadian rhythm and affect their sleep pattern while in space and when returning to Earth.
